Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I get tickets?
All Three Rivers Arts Festival events are free! No tickets are required.

As a favor to our Cultural District neighbors, this website may include some paid events that aren’t part of the festival. These are all clearly marked.

Surprise, it’s raining! You canceled the concert, right?
Wrong! We’re a hardy group. All festival events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. We only close down when the weather presents a safety hazard to patrons, artists and staff.

What are Festival hours?
Three Rivers Arts Festival is open from noon to 8pm each day. However, every program and gallery has its own operating hours, so if there is a particular event or exhibit that you’d like to see, check the daily schedule.

Where are the bathrooms?
In Point State Park, portable restrooms are located on the opposite side of the Portal Bridge. Most Cultural District galleries provide indoor facilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available in all locations.

I want to find XYZ artist. When are they at the Festival?
You can browse Artists Market artists by date and medium on the Artists Market page. If you are looking for a specific artist and you know their name, click here and then enter their name in the search box in the upper right hand section of the page.

Do you have a lost and found?
Still at the Festival? Visit the information booth closest to where you lost your item, and we’ll see if we can help you track it down.

If you’ve already left, email a description of the item you lost to operations [at] 3riversartsfest [dot] org and we’ll see if it was turned in.

Where are the lobster burgers?
The lobster burger stand is in Hertz Gateway Center Plaza, near the Gateway Towers building.

Is there alcohol at the Festival?
Point State Park is a Pennsylvania state park, and as such we must adhere to state park guidelines, which means no alcoholic beverages.

How do I apply to be in the Artists Market?
Artists in the Market are selected through a rigorous jury process each February. Artists must meet a series of requirements to be eligible for the Market. Applications are accepted online only at Zapplication.org. To be notified when the application is available for 2013, sign up for our email list.
